ABOUT US
The Minority Humanitarian Foundation, Inc. (MHF) is a tax exempt,
public charity organized in 2004 to support education and economic
programs for minorities located in Oklahoma. MHF mobilizes resources
and acts as a catalyst for change to build strong communities, foster
civic leadership, and promote philanthropy.
We support charitable activities focusing on organizations that will
improve the well being of minorities throughout Oklahoma. MHT will not
authorize contributions to organizations where there is no charitable
or educational purpose for the donation.
MHF is governed by a Board of Directors which meets
quarterly. The Directors are elected for a three year term which can be
renewed. An Advisory Board has been established which will advise and
assist the Board of Directors with minority issues and program funding
needs. The Advisory Board will meet on an as needed basis and serve a
term of two years, which can be renewed.
