 WHAT DO WE SUPPORT?
In addition to grant making and fundraising, The Minority Humanitarian
Foundation Inc.’s role in the community extends into the areas of small
business issues, problem solving, education, health and ultimately,
serving as a catalyst for positive change. We promote this through help
to organizations and students that fall under the criteria of our
different programs.
Small minority business owners are struggling to survive. Through our
grants we will support programs that will educate these business owners
on how to grow their business. Support of programs to bring more
outside procurement to Oklahoma communities from other states and
countries.
Our contributions toward research to better the health of our minority
Oklahoma families, will help bring education and vaccines, toward the
defeat of such diseases as Sickle Cell Anemia, Diabetes, Cancer and
Aids.
Our Youth Development and Education Scholarship Programs help mold our
youth from an early age, with educational, arts and humanities, and
other programs giving them a sound foundation. Through this strength we
can defeat drugs and gang violence, and ultimately help build stronger
communities.
Occasionally, we give support to a worthy program that
doesn’t fall under our grant structuring, but will help make positive
changes within the community.
